About ordering

Q. I want to return or exchange a purchased item.

A. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of purchased products.
We will only exchange the product for the same product if the product is defective. If we do not have any stock available for exchange, we will refund your money.

Q. I want to change, add, or cancel an item I ordered.

A. Please note that we cannot accept any changes, additions or cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
*Please make sure to check that there are no errors in your order.

Q. I want to specify the delivery date and time.

A. You can specify from the following. Please enter your request in the "Request" field of the cart.
Sagawa Express Time-specified delivery service: "Morning", "12:00-14:00", "14:00-16:00", "16:00-18:00"

Q. I want to change the payment method after placing an order.

A: Please note that we cannot accept changes to payment methods after an order has been confirmed.

Q. I haven't received an order confirmation email.

A. If you have not received the email, it may be for the following reasons: (1) Your email system may have automatically treated the email as spam. Please check your spam folder.

(2) If you are using spam filters, your settings may be such that you are unable to receive emails. The domain of the email we send you is "@scearn.com". Order confirmation emails and newsletters will also be sent from the above domain, so please set your settings to allow receiving emails from the above domain.

(3) There may be an error in the email address you registered. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please let us know the correct email address by emailing info@scearn.com .

Q. I would like to return or exchange an item purchased from a shop other than this site.

A: We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact the store where you purchased the product.

Delivery Information

Q. I want to send to multiple destinations.

A. We only allow one delivery address per order.

Q. My order hasn't arrived

A. If the product has not arrived within one week after receiving the "Shipping Notification" email, please contact us here.

Q. I received a different product or quantity than what I ordered.

A: We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us here.
*Please tell us your order number when doing so.

Q. The delivery company's storage period has expired.

A. Once an item has been returned, it will be automatically cancelled and we will not be able to reship it.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you place a new order for the product you wish to purchase.

About My Account

Q. I forgot my login email address

A. To verify your identity, you must register an email address that you can use.
Please prepare an unregistered email address and register again on your My Page.

Q. I forgot my login password.

A. You can reset your password by clicking on "Click here to reset your password" on the My Account login page.

Q. I want to unsubscribe from the newsletter

A. At the bottom of the newsletter you receive, there is a link that says "If you wish to cancel your subscription, please click here." If you click on the link, you will be able to cancel your subscription.

Q. I want to purchase without registering an account (guest purchase)

A. You can place an order as a guest without registering an account.
By registering an account, you can make future orders easier, save your personal and shipping information, and view your order history.
You'll also receive newsletters, event invitations and more.

Q. I want to save frequently sent destinations

A. After logging in to your account, click "Add address" to add your shipping address.

Q. I want to change my email address or password.

A.On the My Account page, you can only change your address, name, and phone number; you cannot change your email address or password.
If you wish to change your email address, you will need to register a new account.
If you wish to change your password, please click on "Click here to reset your password" on the login page.
